I’ve recently went for my partner’s birthday and we did the chef’s counter. I was genuinely amazed by how passionate chef Brian was and how he’s made these dishes. I loved the service and that they were very accomodating. I like the fact that I could see the process of the foods cooking while I had some amazing drinks. The food was sensational as each of the dishes were fresh, balanced in flavour and unique in its ingredients combination. I would highly recommend anyone to do the chef’s counter for a classy and amazing experience!!

This was my second High Tea at Hearth in 6 months and this time was just as wonderful as the previous time. The service was amazing, thank you to Sadhana who was helpful, courteous and friendly, looking after us brilliantly. The glass of bubbles, the stunning food presentation, the tea and coffee were perfect. I could not fault anything!

This is an amazing dinner restaurant..operating in the ground floor space of the Ritz Carlton..where the breakfast buffet is also served.
But, it is transformed by dinner time into a wonderful European food destination. From a great wine selection (AU and beyond) to local oysters and a Moroccan-inspired lamb dish, everything was wonderful.
Kudos to the chef for his dedication and careful supervision and to the French maitre de. He helped us significantly with wine selection.

A delightful experience from our arrival to departure for Christmas Day lunch. Special mention of Thomas who welcomed and seated us, Florian, Joy and Alyssa, our charming servers, and Chef Brian Cole and his Team for the sensational five course lunch

I had a couple great meals at Hearth during a business trip, it is one of Perth most underrated restaurants. At one meal I had the gold band snapper, which was fresh and had a great sauce. Also had the charted beans and asparagus, that was a great dish. Tonight I started with six very nice (albeit small) oysters. Then had the lamb, which was very impressive. Two chops perfectly cooked and a lamb croquette. Ordered the beans and asparagus again, was not disappointed. Also nice views of Elisabeth Quay.

Had a Dining Credit to use and was excited to try this establishment based upon feedback.
Booked in for Dinner for 6pm and ended up being just under 3 hours for Service.
Some absolutely wonderful new flavours and I enjoyed my food selection very much.
Staff are attentive and service was impeccable the entire time. Each dish was described in detail and staff happy to interact with the patrons. Received the mango dessert entree as a bonus, even though not on the Tasting Menu, which was a nice touch.
Great views over Elizabeth Quays and would definitely recommend for that special occasion or to try a wonderful tasting menu with plenty of Australian native ingredients

Hearth usually appears on most lists of the top restaurants in Perth. Therefore decided to drop by for dinner one evening during my recent trip to the city. There are 2 menus - a tasting menu comprising 7 courses, and an a-la-carte menu. I went with the tasting menu which I thought was good mix of dishes from small bites to mains.
Food in my opinion was really good. Among the starting courses, I loved the cuttlefish and shark chorizo dish. The tasting menu comprised 2 mains - a duck course, and choice between a lamb or beef course. I chose the lamb (which came with a salad side dish too) and thought it was quite good. Even the duck main course was fantastic. The meal ended with some nice desserts too.
I didn’t have any drinks but there is wine pairing for those interested to do that along with the tasting menu. You can also order a-la-carte alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Service was quite good and no issues on that front. The restaurant also has a very nice ambience which makes the whole experience quite pleasant.
All in all, it was a nice dinner and I’d definitely recommend folks to try the tasting menu if you’re at Hearth for a meal.

Excellent venue and amazing food. Had an engagement anniversary here with the now wife.
Very much on the pricier side if you pay for the tasting experience and wine pairings, but you can find a package to suit lower budgets and still enjoy the amazing offerings here.

Fine dining indeed!
We visited Hearth to celebrate a special occasion and we were not disappointed. The service was impeccable and the venue, while huge and spacious, offered a very intimate and quiet setting.
The food was absolutely delicious and excellently plated. Each serving didn't look big but we were very full after. I would recommend the set menu as it offered a great selection. Half our table did the wine pairing and they raved about it.
The only thing that was disappointing was that they could work out an alternative alcohol combination with an allergy (lemon) and I was given soda water and vodka.
